M S Ramaiah North City Residents Welfare Association ® (MSRNCRWA) was formed in 2007 (Registration No. BLU-S1410-2006-07 dated 17-Mar-2007) to represent the collective interests of all the Residents & Plot Owners of the M.S. Ramaiah North City Layout.

Set in sylvan surroundings in the upscale residential area surrounded by Tech Parks, we are proud to be one among the best residential area in Bangalore. From a handful of residents when it was formed with Villa plots ranging from 30x50 to higher dimensions, we have grown steadily with a total residents of more than 250+ houses representing the diverse background and culture of our society.

The Society has various amenities including a Club House, Badminton Court, Turf Football Ground, Basketball Court, Party Hall(s) & Green Park for its members to indulge in physical, cultural, moral and intellectual development and also social / cultural welfare of the members and their families.

Objectives

M S Ramaiah North City Residents Welfare Association ® (MSRNCRWA) was formed in 2007 (Registration No. BLU-S1410-2006-07 dated 17-Mar-2007) to represent the collective interests of all the Residents & Plot Owners of the M.S. Ramaiah North City Layout, Thanisandra Main Road, Bengalore-560077.

The key objectives of the Association are:

  • Ensuring the orderly maintenance of the layout for residential purposes.
  • Maintaining safety, promote peace and harmony of Residents of the layout.
  • Safeguarding the interest and rights of individual residents and plot owners as members of the Association.
  • Assuring Highly Vigilant 24x7 security.
  • Providing state of the art Library and sports facility to promote health, fitness and talents.
  • Park development and maintenance.
  • Facilitation /Liaison with Government agencies such as BBMP, BWSSB, BESCOM for road and drains maintenance, garbage collection, timely supply of drinking water, and electricity.
  • Facilitation /Liaison with Service providers such as BSNL, Airtel, telephone/internet services.
  • Organizing Cultural programs and functions.

The affairs of the Association shall be governed by Eleven Management Committee members who are elected/selected by the members of association in Annual/Special General Body Meeting. Only Life members and Authorized members can become management committee members but not associate members. Three Committee member posts are reserved for the women. The president, Vice-president, General Secretary, Treasurer and Joint Secretary will be elected from among the Management Committee Members in the first meeting of Management Committee after the Special/Annual General Body Meeting.

Sub Committees

Sub Committees are headed by one of the MC member and they will report to President. President when present shall preside at all meetings of the Sub Committee that are called by sub-committee heads. Subcommittee heads shall prepare the budgets and will be responsible for executions of tasks/activities based on budget approvals for betterment of the layout.

  • Service providers such as BSNL, Airtel, telephone /internet services, service agencies for better services
  • Issues /Complaints tracking, resolution and broadcasting
Park Development and Maintenance Manjunath Shivanna Ragini Prasad S Lead by one of the MC member, this committee will be responsible for:
  • Regular maintenance of identified park areas such as removing of weeds, maintenance of grass, trimming of branches, bushes, timely watering, etc
  • Timely cutting of grass in Green park and other park areas and watering the plants
  • Maintenance of rose garden
  • Shifting of debris and dried leaves from park area and storing them in leaf shredder
Infrastructure and new development Sathyaprabhu H S Ali Shariff Lead by one of the MC member, this committee will be responsible for:
  • Identifying new development activities
  • Raise funds /donations for the new initiatives and execute
  • Coordinate with developer for completing promised club house facilities such as swimming pool, tennis court, cricket court, etc

  • Identifying coach for sports and conducting coaching classes
  • Identifying sports skills and providing opportunities to children to exhibit at appropriate forums
  • Conducting sports meet and rewarding talents

  • Identifying talents and providing opportunities to children to exhibit in various cultural programs
  • Coordinate for conducting various national and regional festivals
  • Recognize and reward artists as part of cultural programs

Essential services sub-committee will focus on management of
  • Identifying vendors for services such as sale of vegetables, fruits, eggs, etc and broadcasting their services to residents
  • COVID guidelines review and implementation
  • Dry waste, wet waste and e-waste collection by BBMP
  • Monitoring and collection of charges from vendors

Information Technology Sub-committee will be responsible for:
  • To make sure all IT infrastucture support is available for the association/community as required.

Rules & Regulations



Each and every Plot Owner or House owner of the Layout shall become a Life Member of the Association by paying non-refundable membership fees of Rs. 100/- (One hundred Rupees Only). And they shall follow all the Rules & Regulations of the Association, as specified herein.



In case of GPA holder of a plot/house, such GPA holder shall only become a Authorized member of the association but not a life member, plot owners/house owners who have given GPA shall continue to be a life member until the property is sold or re-transferred back to them from GPA holder.



All House owners who have already constructed a House and Plot owners at the time of construction shall pay Rs. 2000/- (Two thousand rupees only) as non-refundable capital fund to be operated by the association.

Library and Sports Center Membership


Normal

By paying prescribed membership fees (Rs.10,000/-) of MSRNC-Library & Sports Center as described in association member manual.


Silver

By paying prescribed membership fees (Rs.25,000/- of MSRNC-Library & Sports Center as described in association member manual. 10% discount offered to coaching classes held in Library & Sports facility and function hall hiring to immediate family members.


Gold

By paying prescribed fees (Rs.50,000/-)as described in association member manual. 20% discount offered to coaching classes and function hall hiring to immediate family members.


Platinum

By paying prescribed fees (Rs.100,000/-) as described in association member manual. 30% discount offered to coaching classes and function hall hiring to immediate family members.

Note: ‘LIFE MEMBER’ means a member of the Association who is a Plot Owner or House Owner. If there is joint ownership on particular house or plot then life membership offered to only one member subject to consent of other joint owners. In case of apartment/Multi Dwelling unit then only one life membership offered for one nominated member of the flat or Multi Dwelling unit.

Maintenance Charges

MSRNCRWA is empowered to collect maintenance fees (as decided by MC from time to time) from Life Members and Tenant members towards layout maintenance and related activities. The current maintenance fee structure could be accessed by clicking here

Library and Sports center Usage Fee: MSRNCRWA is empowered to collect maintenance fees (as decided by MC from time to time) from Life Members and Tenant members towards maintenance and upkeep of facilities such Badminton court, Gym, Basketball court, Football court, Library and others that are developed from time to time.

Termination of Membership:

  • If the owner sells plot or house and then automatically membership terminated.
  • If the temporary members seized to be resident of M.S.Ramaiah North City then membership to ASSOCIATION will automatically terminated.
